MASALA DAY

  • [ Curry that won't make you feel heavy] Masala Day ①

The reason why I Masala's meals don't make you feel bloated is, I think, mainly because of the oil! Indian curries, while you can't tell from the appearance, use a lot of vegetable oil. If you were to consume a large amount of cheap, low-quality oil... (>_<)

At Ee Masala, we use as little oil as possible and select only the highest quality oils.

It's safe to say that very few restaurants actually use butter to spread on their naan (most restaurants, not just those serving Indian curry, use margarine).

The reason we use genuine products, even though they cost more than double, is because we want our customers to stay healthy.

And when I use their services, I want to choose shops that use genuine (high-quality) products.

  • [Spicy food for summer!] Masala Days Part 2

Spices are like medicinal herbs found in nature, such as plant seeds and fruits. Ayurveda, based on the concept of "food as medicine," uses these spices as seasonings to nourish the body. I was deeply impressed by this approach.

Many spices improve blood flow and enhance bodily functions, making them excellent for combating summer fatigue and recovering from exhaustion. Improved blood flow ensures oxygen and nutrients reach the entire body, revitalizing cells!
