  • [Characteristics of curry]

E Masala's curry does not use any additives or chemical seasonings. It does not use wheat flour and is thickened with vegetables, so it can be said that it is a sugar-free curry. In addition, oil and salt are modest, and it is characterized by not leaning.

●Keema Curry・・・The finest green cardamom grains are abundantly used. It is characterized by a refreshing and refreshing aroma, and it is a curry that is not spicy but has an outstanding spice feeling. It uses minced pork and minced chicken half and half, making it light.

●Butter chicken curry・・・Boiled with plenty of tomato and cashew nut paste, no soup stock, just spices. E-masala uses milk instead of cream. Tandoori chicken marinated in spices and grilled over charcoal is added at the end. A rich, creamy, nutritious curry.

●Mutton Curry・・・A large amount of onions are cooked until they turn amber, and then simmered with deep spices such as brown cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. The sweetness of the onion, the mutton, and the richness of the spices create the ultimate flavor.

Experience the umami of luxurious ingredients that you can't taste anywhere else!

●Mushroom Curry・・・A curry made with 5 kinds of mushrooms, vegetables and spices. We draw out the umami ingredients from the ingredients without adding soup stock.

It is recommended for improving the intestinal environment because it is rich in dietary fiber.

●Nepalese authentic soup curry・・・A light taste curry made by stewing radish, several kinds of beans, tomatoes, green peppers, etc. with bone-in chicken.

In Nepali households, such a smooth curry is the mainstream. A gentle taste that doesn't get tired of eating every day.

●Medicinal Chicken Curry・・・A mild curry made with spices such as Methi and Ajowan that are unique to Nepal. In Nepal, we take methi or ajowan when we are not feeling well. A spice that is good for the body like medicine with bactericidal and intestinal effects.

●Chickpea Curry・・・A curry filled with large chunks of chickpeas and full of dietary fiber. The spice has a gentle taste to match the warm taste of the beans. No animal products are used, so it is recommended for vegetarians and vegans.

      ◆Stone kiln

Charcoal is placed at the bottom of a cylindrical stone kiln, and the entire pot is slowly heated for over an hour. Stick the naan on the hot inner wall and it will be baked in 2-3 minutes.

Meat dishes are grilled on long skewers. It's easy and healthy because it removes excess fat. Especially recommended is the tender and delicious mutton grill! This is a luxurious dish that uses only the most delicious part of the mutton shoulder.

The reason why Emasala's curry doesn't last

We do not use wheat flour such as roux, and only use ingredients such as vegetables and meat and spices. Thickness is a natural thickening and cashew nut paste that comes out of simmering vegetables.

However, since cashew nuts are sweet and creamy, even if they are used in E-masala, they are used in small amounts. Most of the thickening is a lot of onions!!

◆ Plenty of enzymes for beauty and anti-aging ◎

As we age, the amount of enzymes our bodies produce declines. When enzymes decrease, the cycle of metabolism slows down, leading to aging, fatigue, and weakened immunity.

Let's try to actively take enzymes from raw vegetables, nuts, and fruits!

Enzyme-rich appetizers, homemade soy sauce koji made with live koji, grated vegetable dressing, luxurious sweets made with raw nuts, and many other healthy options are available!

Various vegetable dishes that even macrobiotics and vegans can enjoy

In Nepal, many vegetarians do not eat meat, and Hindu families mainly eat vegetables. E-masala also has various menus that do not use meat or fish, so even vegetarians can enjoy their meals.

      ◆Handmade dressing and sauce

A large amount of high-fructose liquid sugar is used in commercially available dressings. It is said to be a dangerous sugar because it causes a rapid rise in blood sugar levels, and many countries are regulating it. At E-masala, we make our own homemade soymilk mayonnaise (eggs and dairy products are not used), as well as dressings made with grated raw vegetables, homemade methi syrup, and more.

The sauce for the momo (xiaolongbao) and the sauce for the dal bhat are all handmade from scratch.
